Mr. Borges has extensive experience in logistics consulting throughout Brazil, where he has successfully managed hundreds of projects from a wide spectrum of industries, including Rainha Supermercados Ltda., Supermercados Modelo Ltda., Supermercados Ítalo Ltda., Casas Moreira, Peixoto Comércio e Importação Ltda., Indústrias Gessy Lever Ltda., Lorenzeti S.A., Atacado Vila Nova, Socil Guyo March Indústria e Comércio Ltda., Frigorífico Ibérico Ltda., Karne & Keijo Distribuidor Atacadista, R.B.Distribuidora, Martins Comércio Importação e Exportação Ltda., Grupo Bunge Brasil (of which Sanbra, Disbra, Petybon, Santista, Plusvita, Family, Fábrica de Salames Rio Preto, Supre Consumidores Institucionais and Schwepps are divisions) and Adriano Coselli S/A Comércio e Importação.

Mr. Borges has graduate degrees in Business Administration and a Masters in Business Administration in Marketing. Mr. Borges is a professor in the MBA program for educational courses in Marketing, Franchising, Virtual Commerce and Logístics. Mr. Borges is also Vice-president of ASLOG - The Brazilian Association of Logístics.
