To register your interest in participating in the 2009 ROFDA Productivity Benchmarking Survey please complete the form below.

The survey questionnaire along with instructions will be provided in Microsoft Excel format.

The survey questionnaire is to be completed for a four week period sometime between mid February to the end of March for one or more facilities as appropriate to your case using a separate file for each facility.

Note that it’s advisable to choose the target four week period for which data will be collected ahead of time and then pull and process the necessary data from the system weekly for that four week survey period.

Through experience our survey participants have found that doing this as you go forward is much more efficient than trying to sort through historical data after the fact for any four week period.

For an operator with a WMS it will take the individual completing the survey an approximate total of 2 day’s work (roughly half a day per week).
