Annual ROFDA Productivity Benchmarking Survey

The objective of the Annual ROFDA Productivity Benchmarking Survey is to provide benchmarks for you to evaluate operational performance in comparison to other industry champions.

For over 47 years KOM has been working with leading companies like Associated Grocers of Baton Rouge, Associated Grocers of Maine, Associated Grocers of New England, and many other North American wholesalers, grocery retailers and food distributors to help them meet operational goals and reduce costs.

At the annual ROFDA Spring Conference in May KOM presents the general survey results, trends and comparisons. In addition, Confidential Personalized Productivity Report Cards are delivered to each survey participant (whether participating in the conference or not).

The Confidential Personalized Productivity Report Card details the following:

  1. Productivity rates by function within each department;
  2. A confidential “grade” of your facility by function, relative to other participants with similar operating characteristics;
  3. Identification of possible areas of improvement, or reasoning behind comparative standings;
  4. A benchmark tool to compare previous and future productivity results to monitor progress.

These results, in addition to your internal productivity monitoring tools, will assist your management team to identify potential opportunities to achieve operating goals.
